Preparing for launch — customer enrollment is not yet open.

Terms

Website and SMS Terms

These terms govern use of this website and any separately enabled non-marketing SMS service operated by First Conversation Co. LLC under the First Conversation Co. brand. Client service agreements, pricing, and implementation terms are handled separately in writing.

Effective August 25, 2026

Website purpose

This website provides general information about managed missed-call and inquiry response for small businesses. Website content is not a guarantee of availability, results, revenue, appointment booking, or emergency response.

SMS program

The website SMS-enrollment widget is currently disabled. This website does not collect SMS consent, and calling, leaving voicemail, or emailing does not grant it.

If you later give affirmative consent through an approved, enabled flow, automated and AI-assisted messages are limited to the business inquiry, controlled demonstration, or clarification you requested. Message frequency varies based on your replies. Automated messaging ends when the permitted intake ends; any later follow-up comes from a person. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for carrier-provided instructions. The messaging provider's reserved-keyword handling provides one automated HELP response. Because the provider intercepts that reserved keyword, the inbound HELP text may not appear in the HighLevel Conversation record. For person-to-person help, email Ryan@FirstConversationCo.com. No custom workflow that could send a duplicate HELP reply is part of the launch version. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.

The planned automated base is English-only. Unsupported-language input stops automated questioning and goes to human review; the AI does not improvise a translation. No abandoned-intake reminder or autonomous follow-up is sent after inactivity.

The launch version assigns separate supported roles: Twilio provides standard non-AI voice routing, while HighLevel provides the post-miss IVR, A2P SMS, Text AI, voicemail, native Contact and Conversation records, and a staff task. Voice and text may use different approved numbers. No separate custom memory service or direct model-provider integration is part of the launch version.

No emergency service

The website, SMS assistant, and managed response service are not emergency services and cannot contact responders or dispatch a technician. If anyone is in immediate danger or an unsafe condition exists, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency, utility, or qualified service provider now. Do not wait for a reply.

No automatic appointment or dispatch

A text acknowledgment, intake summary, callback preference, or urgent designation does not mean that an appointment or callback time is confirmed or that a person or technician has been dispatched. A separate human confirmation is required.

Acceptable use and accurate information

You agree not to misuse the website or messaging service, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or provide information you are not authorized to provide. You are responsible for keeping the information you submit reasonably accurate.

Privacy

Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Voicemail

If you choose to leave a voicemail after the notice and beep, its audio is stored in HighLevel, accessible only to authorized staff and administrators, and used only to handle your callback or request. An authorized owner or administrator must manually delete the voicemail recording from active, accessible storage within 30 days unless longer retention is reasonably required for security, legal, or dispute purposes. Deleting the recording does not delete the provider call log; call metadata and history may remain longer under the provider's retention practices. We do not claim automatic voicemail purging. Automatic recording of calls, call transcription, and Voice AI are not enabled. Leaving a voicemail does not grant SMS consent.

Separate customer programs and call features

Consent for a First Conversation Co. business inquiry cannot be reused for an unrelated client's customer-messaging program. Each customer program must use that customer's truthful identity, sender, approved disclosure, privacy terms, and consent record. Any future call recording, transcription, or Voice AI feature requires separate disclosure, review, testing, and approval; it is not part of the text-first base service.

Service changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue website or messaging functions when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, testing, maintenance, or changes to the service. We may update these terms, and the effective date above identifies the current version.
