Text consent
Website SMS enrollment is temporarily unavailable
The website text-enrollment widget is disabled while we finish and verify the complete consent path. This page does not collect your name or phone number, and visiting, calling, or emailing does not grant SMS consent.
Status reviewed August 22, 2026
No website SMS form is active
We will enable a website SMS form only after its disclosure, consent record, destination, duplicate protection, accessibility, success message, failure behavior, and staff visibility have been tested together.
Terms for any separately enabled text conversation
If you later give affirmative consent through an approved, enabled flow, messages may be automated and AI-assisted, but will remain informational or transactional and limited to the conversation you requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for carrier-provided instructions. The messaging provider's reserved-keyword handling provides one automated HELP response. Because the provider intercepts that reserved keyword, the inbound HELP text may not appear in the HighLevel Conversation record. For person-to-person help, email Ryan@FirstConversationCo.com. The launch version adds no custom HELP workflow that could send a duplicate reply.
A text acknowledgment does not confirm an appointment, callback time, or technician dispatch.
Have a business question?
Use the contact page to call or email First Conversation Co. Neither contact method grants SMS consent or activates automated messaging.
Planned missed-call consent path
Standard non-AI Twilio voice routing will ring a business's approved people first. Only a verified genuine miss may advance once into the HighLevel IVR. The complete disclosure must finish before HighLevel opens the consent-eligible input window. A digit pressed before that boundary is not consent and cannot start a text. Press 2 or staying on the line leads to voicemail. Invalid or no input may receive one short reprompt before voicemail. A hang-up ends the call. Negative, ambiguous, failed, or withdrawn consent produces no automated text.
The planned automated base is English-only. Unsupported-language input stops automated questioning and goes to human review; the AI does not improvise a translation. Automated messages are limited to the active customer-initiated conversation. No abandoned-intake reminder or autonomous follow-up is sent after inactivity; any later follow-up is performed by a person.
Twilio supplies the standard voice edge. HighLevel supplies the post-miss IVR, A2P SMS sender, Text AI, native Contact and Conversation record, voicemail, and staff task. Voice and text may use different approved numbers. The customer-specific business identity, sender, policy URLs, script version, recording treatment, consent evidence, and call routing must all be approved and tested before activation.
Consent belongs to the named sender
Consent for a First Conversation Co. business inquiry cannot be reused for an unrelated customer-messaging program. Every future customer program must identify that customer's real business and sender and use its own approved disclosure, privacy terms, consent evidence, and message scope.
