Human-first customer follow-up

Missed calls shouldn't mean missed customers.

We are building a text-first follow-up service for small businesses. In an approved customer setup, standard non-AI voice routing gives staff the first chance to answer. If a genuine missed caller chooses text after the complete disclosure, HighLevel Text AI can gather a few approved details in the native Contact and Conversation record, and a controlled HighLevel workflow can create one callback task for the team.

Planned base behavior: Twilio provides the standard non-AI voice edge; HighLevel provides the post-miss IVR, A2P SMS, native Contact and Conversation record, and staff task. Voice and text may use different approved numbers. Customer-specific routing, consent, messaging, staff handling, and rollback must all pass acceptance testing before activation.

    The simple version

  1. A customer calls the configured voice number

Standard, non-AI Twilio routing gives the business's people the first chance to answer.

  2. A human answer ends the automated path

If the owner or staff answers, the call stays with that person and nothing advances to the consent menu.

  3. Only a genuine miss reaches HighLevel

The Twilio voice route finishes the complete disclosure before HighLevel opens the keypad input window. An early digit is not consent.

  4. Consent opens one controlled text path

HighLevel sends from the approved A2P text number, keeps the native Contact and Conversation record, and uses one controlled workflow to create the staff callback task.

Designed for businesses where every customer phone call matters:

What we do, in plain English

You worked to make the phone ring. We are building a safer way to keep the conversation moving.

01

Respond

After approved consent, the planned text path can acknowledge the request without promising an appointment or result.

02

Ask

The planned AI intake can ask a few approved questions based on the person's replies and the business's rules.

03

Pass it on

The planned handoff keeps the permitted exchange in HighLevel's native Contact and Conversation record and creates one callback task.

Human judgment stays central

The planned AI intake is designed to respond to what people actually say.

It is designed to ask a starting question, then choose the next useful approved question based on the person's answer. People remain responsible for judgment, pricing, customer relationships, and the real sales conversation.

Start simple

Choose what a tested setup may handle.

  • A consented text intake after an eligible unanswered call
  • Approved follow-up questions within strict limits
  • One native HighLevel Contact and Conversation record
  • One staff callback task without an extra customer message

Voice AI is the first scheduled after-launch upgrade. Scheduling, estimates, additional languages, and advanced integrations also remain off unless separately scoped, reviewed, tested, and approved.

Designed for customer-specific setup

The planned steps can be configured for each business.

An irrigation company needs different questions than a salon, towing company, or accountant. Each customer setup will require its own approved identity, questions, limits, consent path, routing, and acceptance tests.
