Preparing for launch — customer enrollment is not yet open.

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers in plain English.

The service is still in prelaunch testing. The text-first base is designed to keep people in control, while customer-specific phone routing and every automated path must be proven before activation.

01What do you actually do?

We are preparing a text-first missed-call follow-up service. Standard non-AI Twilio routing gives staff the first chance to answer. Only a verified genuine miss may reach HighLevel, where a caller can choose text after the complete disclosure. HighLevel then keeps the intake in its native Contact and Conversation record and creates one staff callback task. No customer path is active until its acceptance tests pass.

02Is it just a basic automatic reply?

The planned intake is designed to use each reply to choose the next approved question, within strict limits. Prices, promises, appointments, dispatch, emergency decisions, and customer relationships remain with people.

03Does your AI assistant answer every call?

No. Voice AI is not part of the text-first base. The planned base lets the owner or staff answer ordinary calls first. Voice AI remains the first separately gated after-launch upgrade.

04Do voice calls and text messages use the same number?

Not necessarily. The supported launch design gives Twilio the standard non-AI voice-routing role and HighLevel the A2P SMS role. Voice and text may use different approved numbers. We will not promise same-number behavior unless that exact customer path is supported and passes its own acceptance test.

05Do I need a website?

The base design starts with phone calls, but each customer still needs approved public privacy and terms information for the features used. First Conversation Co.'s own website SMS-enrollment widget is currently disabled while its full path is tested.

06Does this replace my office staff?

No. The planned system has a narrow intake and handoff role. People still decide prices, make promises, schedule appointments, handle judgment and sensitive conversations, and manage the customer relationship.

07Can it diagnose a problem or give an estimate?

Not in the base service. Diagnosis, repair coaching, prices, estimates, payments, appointment confirmation, and dispatch promises are prohibited. Any future estimate feature would need a separate business case, scope, review, tests, and approval.

08Do you advertise my business or bring in new potential customers?

No. We do not advertise the business or promise new customers. The planned service is intended to help the business respond to calls from people who already contacted it.

09What kinds of businesses are a good fit?

Home services, appointment-based businesses, mobile services, and professional services may fit after customer-specific review and testing. The important questions are whether customer calls are valuable and whether a staff member will contact those customers afterward.

10What happens after I contact you?

A call or email starts a person-to-person business conversation only. We can discuss your current phone path, missed-call volume, staff follow-up, and potential fit. It does not activate software, collect SMS consent, or promise a launch date.
