Preparing for launch — customer enrollment is not yet open.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how First Conversation Co. LLC, operating under the First Conversation Co. brand, handles information connected to this website, direct business inquiries, and any separately enabled service-response conversation.

Effective August 25, 2026

Current website status

The website SMS-enrollment widget is disabled while its complete consent path is tested. This website currently has no contact or SMS form. You may choose to call or email us, but doing so does not grant consent to automated text messages.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Your name, telephone number, email address, business information, callback preference, and the details you choose to include in a direct inquiry to First Conversation Co.
  • Your SMS consent choice, opt-out requests, message status, and communication history.
  • Basic website and device information used for security, troubleshooting, and service operation.

Do not send passwords, payment-card data, government identification numbers, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through email, text, or a future website form.

How we use information

We use information to respond to a business inquiry, continue a conversation you requested, provide human follow-up, evaluate or deliver agreed services, honor consent choices, prevent misuse, maintain security, and comply with applicable obligations.

Mobile information and SMS consent

If an approved SMS path is enabled later, we will record consent and honor the scope of the conversation the person requested. Messages may be automated and AI-assisted only when disclosed for that enabled path. Visiting this website, calling, leaving voicemail, or emailing does not by itself grant SMS consent.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors and service providers only when needed to support services such as customer response, messaging delivery, hosting, security, or system operation.

All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional use.

Service providers

The planned launch version assigns separate supported roles: Twilio provides standard non-AI voice routing, while HighLevel provides the post-miss IVR, A2P SMS delivery, Text AI, voicemail, native Contact and Conversation records, and a staff task. Voice and text may use different approved numbers. No separate custom memory service or direct model-provider integration is part of the launch version.

These and other service providers may process information only as needed to perform their services or meet legal obligations. We do not sell SMS consent data.

Separate customer programs

A future client-facing messaging program must identify that client's real business and sender and use its own approved disclosure, policy versions, consent evidence, and message scope. Consent for a First Conversation Co. business inquiry is not consent for an unrelated client's customer-messaging program.

Calls, audio, and transcription

This website does not collect audio. If you choose to leave a voicemail after the notice and beep, its audio is stored in HighLevel. Only authorized staff and administrators may access it, and it is used only to handle your callback or request.

An authorized owner or administrator must manually delete the voicemail recording from active, accessible storage within 30 days unless longer retention is reasonably required for security, legal, or dispute purposes. Deleting the recording does not delete the provider call log; call metadata and history may remain longer under the provider's retention practices. We do not claim automatic voicemail purging. Automatic recording of calls, call transcription, and Voice AI are not enabled. Leaving a voicemail does not grant SMS consent.

Any future call recording, transcription, or Voice AI feature must use separate customer-specific disclosure and review before activation. Voice AI is not part of the text-first base service.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legitimate recordkeeping, dispute prevention, security, and applicable legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet or messaging system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages and HELP for carrier-provided instructions. The messaging provider's reserved-keyword handling provides one automated HELP response. Because the provider intercepts that reserved keyword, the inbound HELP text may not appear in the HighLevel Conversation record. For person-to-person help, or to ask to access, correct, or delete information, email Ryan@FirstConversationCo.com. No custom workflow that could send a duplicate HELP reply is part of the launch version. Some records may be retained when reasonably required for security, compliance, or dispute handling.

Children and updates

This website and messaging program are intended for adults seeking or evaluating business services, not children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
