Preparing for launch — customer enrollment is not yet open.

How it works

People answer first. A supported text path can handle the genuine miss.

The base uses standard non-AI Twilio voice routing for the human-first call edge and HighLevel for the post-miss IVR, A2P SMS, Text AI, native Contact and Conversation record, and staff task. Voice and text may use different approved numbers. Every customer setup remains off until acceptance testing passes.

The most important ruleA person answers an ordinary call → the automated path does nothing.

From ring to callback

Five clear stages

01

The business's people get the first chance to answer

Standard, non-AI Twilio voice routing rings the approved owner or staff endpoint. A human answer is terminal and keeps the call with that person.

02

An eligible missed call reaches the consent menu

Only a verified genuine miss may advance once into the HighLevel IVR. If a person answers or the result is ambiguous, the automated path does nothing.

03

The caller may choose a text conversation

The Twilio voice route finishes the complete disclosure before HighLevel opens Gather Input. Only Press 1 after that boundary can provide the required consent signal; an early digit cannot start a text.

04

The team receives one controlled handoff

HighLevel Text AI handles the permitted intake in the native Contact and Conversation record; a controlled HighLevel workflow creates one staff callback task or sends uncertainty to manual review.

05

Testing and review continue

Each customer setup remains off until its routing, consent, messaging, AI, staff handoff, failure behavior, and rollback are approved and tested.

By phone

Phone follow-up

The launch design does not require one number to perform every role. A configured Twilio voice number handles the human-first call edge and finishes the complete disclosure after a genuine miss. Only then does HighLevel open the input window. The approved A2P text may come from a separate HighLevel number.

Through your website

Website follow-up

The website SMS-enrollment path is currently disabled while its disclosure, consent record, destination, duplicate protection, accessibility, success, failure, and staff visibility are tested. It will not be offered to customers until that complete path passes.

You stay in control

The base design keeps important actions behind explicit rules and proof.
